Anyone who has purchased tickets for the show on the 23rd only, will need to contact The Grand Kyiv Ballet through the ticketing site about a refund or exchanging tickets for the show on the 24th. The Palace Theatre is not able to assist in this matter, as we are not responsible for ticket sales.
