As a multi instrumentalist, Jody is into many different genres of music, but has been a Barry White fan since he was about 9 or 10 years old! Although at that age, it was more about the various instruments Barry used that weren’t being used by other artists at that time.

Honing his singing skills as a young boy singing in church in Queens, NY, he can holler and scream guy bucket Blues with the best of them, or he can croon ballads as smooth as silk, and as low as the Mariana Trench; all while playing guitar, piano, or any of the other instruments he can play.
